350-364 Evans Avenue & 14-16 Arnold Street
Located in Toronto’s rapidly evolving Mimico neighbourhood, the project at 350–364 Evans Avenue and 14-16 Arnold Street sits in a prime transition zone between established employment lands and vibrant residential development.
With excellent transit access via the Mimico GO Station and TTC routes, plus proximity to waterfront parks, schools, healthcare, and local community amenities, the site is ideally positioned for a mixed-use residential project. The area’s ongoing transformation supports both affordable condominium demand and long-term rental housing, making it a strong candidate for delivering much-needed supply in a desirable, well-connected community.
