Located in Toronto’s rapidly evolving Mimico neighbourhood, the project at 350–364 Evans Avenue and 14-16 Arnold Street sits in a prime transition zone between established employment lands and vibrant residential development.

THE OPPORTUNITY

With excellent transit access via the Mimico GO Station and TTC routes, plus proximity to waterfront parks, schools, healthcare, and local community amenities, the site is ideally positioned for a mixed-use residential project. The area’s ongoing transformation supports both affordable condominium demand and long-term rental housing, making it a strong candidate for delivering much-needed supply in a desirable, well-connected community.

FAQ

We submitted our rezoning application to the City in August 2021.

No decisions have been made by the City about the project. We submitted our development application in August 2021 and are continuing to work through the development review process. We are still some time away before any decisions are made about the project.
